This software takes a list of proxies in .txt format and analyzes it. It can be used to remove servers that are offline or take too much time to reply, do not provide an acceptable anonymity level, or log activities of their users. Provides accurate built-in filtering for Planetlab, Government, Military, Educational and K12 proxies.
